ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation Window:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase at no charge After 2 hours, orders are sent to our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled

How to Cancel:

Contact us immediately at pakhiplanet1@gmail.com with your order number Cancellations requested within 2 hours will receive a full refund

After Processing:

Once an order is being processed (after 2 hours), it cannot be cancelled You may return the item once received according to our return policy below

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products:

✅ FREE return pickup within 7 days of delivery ✅ Full refund or free replacement - your choice ✅ We cover all return shipping costs ✅ Photo evidence of defect/damage required before return approval

For Change of Mind or Wrong Size/Color Ordered:

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery Product must be completely unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (approximately ₹50-100) Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or customized products Items marked as "Final Sale" Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way Products with missing tags or damaged packaging

EXCHANGES

We offer FREE exchanges for size or color within 5 days:

We cover shipping costs both ways Product must be completely unused and in original packaging with tags Subject to availability

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact us at pakhiplanet1@gmail.com or call @ 9795750272 within the return window Provide your order number and reason for return For defective/damaged products: Send clear photos showing the defect/damage Wait for our approval before sending the product back We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps

For defective/wrong products: We'll arrange FREE pickup from your address (after photo verification)

For change of mind: We'll provide return shipping address and instructions (after approval)

RETURN INSPECTION & APPROVAL

IMPORTANT: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

We will reject returns and NOT issue refunds if:

Product shows signs of use, wear, or washing Tags have been removed or packaging is damaged Product is returned after the return window Product does not match the item originally sent Product is damaged due to customer misuse

Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days Rejected returns: Product will be returned to customer at their expense

REFUND PROCESS

Returned products are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt If approved, refund is processed within 5-7 business days Refund will be credited to your original payment method You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank)

Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong products)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us immediately (within 7 days) at pakhiplanet1@gmail.com Send clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging Wait for our approval before returning We'll arrange FREE return pickup (after verification) Choose full refund OR free replacement No cost to you!

Note: Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from approval:

Check your bank account again Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process) Contact your bank If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at pakhiplanet1@gmail.com
